Sans Cuillère

Sans Cuillère was created as part of the collaborative exhibition “Konsistenzen“ at the Culinary Arts Gallery Zagreus in Berlin Mitte. Using our handmade porcelain bowls (4-40cm) and a assortment of ingredients to mix their meal, guests actively create their own rituals. The colors of the bowls and ingredients are intentionally kept to different shades of white in order to not make the visual stimulus exceed the sensual stimulus. By mixing the various ingredients with the warm soup new consistencies are created, oil form eyes on the soups surface, cheese and croutons become soft and spices and salts dissolve completely. – 2015
